When will I receive my order?
Turnaround time will vary, depending on order volume or other factors. All bows and blankets are made to order. If you need your order by a certain date, please reach out via e-mail at email@example.com or shoot us a message on Instagram. We cannot guarantee a delivery date, but we can try our best to make sure you have your package in time. You can also add the RUSH processing option to your order, which will ensure your order will be expedited.
Do you accept returns/exchanges?
Due to sanitary concerns, we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time.
We want you to be happy! If there is an issue with your order, we will do everything in our power to make it right. Please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org. In order for us to serve you more efficiently, please include your order number in the subject line.
We are not responsible for any packages that are lost or stolen. Please work directly with the shipping carrier to submit a claim, should this happen.
